During these challenging times we face during the COVID-19 pandemic, we find ourselves adapting to the changing world and the environment we work in.
I am are really excited to announce that I am now able to continue supporting you over video and phone calls. Keeping in touch with everyone is crucial for mental health, so I am delighted to still be supporting you during the lock down.
Where are you based? Services are available across the UK for video and phone call sessions. Our face to face sessions are based at premises in West Yorkshire.
What video platforms do you provide sessions on? We can hold counselling sessions on Zoom using secure rooms. We can also offer phone calls for those clients who do not have an online platform account.
Do I need to sign up to the initial 3 counselling sessions before I have an assessment? No. To begin your journey with us, we do not make anyone sign up to counselling sessions until you decide it is right for you following your initial assessment.
How much is a session? This depends on the support we decide is best for you together. Our pricing guide is located on our services page. We pride ourselves in honesty and transparency, the price of your sessions will be clearly provided to you before you sign any agreement with us.
